I recently ordered embroidered Nike hats, and while the order process was straightforward and easy, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
First, the product quality was disappointing. The hats felt like knock-offs—nowhere near the high quality I expected from a brand like Nike. The materials and embroidery seemed subpar, which was a letdown.
Additionally, fulfillment and shipping took longer than expected. I anticipated a quicker turnaround, but the delays made the process less convenient.
Overall, while the ordering process was seamless, the quality and shipping experience fell short. I wouldn’t recommend these hats unless improvements are made to ensure authenticity and timeliness.
