Custom Beanie Hats

Yes. We hand-stitch any of our five patch types onto a beanie: leather, woven, PVC, sublimated, or embroidered patch. On a cuffed style the patch sits on the cuff. There is no minimum on patch orders. A leather or woven patch on a beanie matches a patch trucker from the same brand for a winter and summer set.

On the front, and on the cuff on cuffed styles, where it reads clearly with the beanie pulled down. The Design Studio shows each beanie's available placements and warns if your artwork is too large for the spot, so you never guess. Solid logos and wordmarks suit knit best; fine text holds better as a woven patch.

Cuffed knits: Sportsman SP12, YP Classics 1501KC and 2501KC, Richardson 146R, and the Carhartt Watch Cap 2.0. Short and slouchy: Sportsman SP08, Kati camo, Columbia Ale Creek and City Trek. Pom: Sportsman SP15, Imperial Montage, Locale Grand. Plus three sustainable Atlantis Headwear knits, a Core 365 fleece beanie, and the Legacy tie-dyed rib. All take embroidery or a hand-stitched patch.

Not as printing. Knit beanies take embroidery and hand-stitched patches only. For full-color artwork, gradients, or a photo, choose a sublimated patch. The art prints into the patch fabric with no color limit, and we hand-stitch the patch to the beanie. Embroidery suits solid logos with a handful of colors.

Three families: embroidery, patches, and printing. Embroidery comes in standard flat, 3D puff, and 3D puff chain stitch. Patches come in leather, PVC, woven, sublimated, and embroidered patch, all hand-stitched. Printing is full color. Every method is available with no minimum order.

There is no minimum order at Griwolfe. Order as low as 1 unit with embroidery, a patch, or printing. A single patch item costs more per unit because of patch setup, and 1-unit orders are not eligible for a refund.

No. We charge no setup fee and no artwork fee on any order, and the Design Studio is free to use. Your price reflects the product, the customization method, and the quantity, nothing else. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Yes. Items sharing the same design, customization method, and size count together as one design group and qualify for the same volume pricing tier. One design can span different styles and colors. Changing the design itself, including its colors, creates a separate design group. So does moving the design to a different placement.
