Custom Product Policy
At Griwolfe, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and top-quality products. Every hat is custom-made to your specifications, resulting in a one-of-a-kind product that meets your needs.
By placing an order, you agree that we will immediately procure materials to create your custom hats. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless they are incorrect, defective, or fail to meet your specifications.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a hat that is incorrect, defective or does not meet the order specifications, we are here to help. In such cases, we will offer one of the following three options:

Other resolutions as deemed appropriate

If there is any issue with your order, please get in touch with us at custom@griwolfe.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Provide any requested documentation (e.g., photos) to help us assess the situation. Once reviewed, we will take the appropriate action, such as offering a replacement or a refund.
