Most sized Flexfit caps come in S/M (6 3/4 to 7 1/4) and L/XL (7 1/8 to 7 5/8). The 6277 adds XL/2XL (7 3/8 to 8). Unsure of sizes? Pick an adjustable Flexfit 110. To check fit first, order one hat, or ask us for a blank sample for a small fee plus shipping.

A stretch-fit Flexfit comes in sizes, and a Flexfit 110 adjusts. The 6277 and 180 Delta, for example, are sold in S/M and L/XL. A Flexfit 110 adds a snapback or hook-and-loop closure, so one adjustable size fits most heads. Pick sized caps when you know head sizes; pick a 110 when you do not.

The 180 Delta, 6100NU, 6580, 6597, and 6533 are the sized sports caps, and the 110C, 110P, and 6110NU are the adjustable ones. The 180 Delta is seamless and water-repellent. The 6100NU, 6110NU, and 6597 are Cool & Dry, and the 6580 is quick-drying Pro-Formance. The 6533 Ultrafiber resists water and wind.

There is no minimum order at Griwolfe. Order as low as 1 unit with embroidery, a patch, or printing. A single patch item costs more per unit because of patch setup, and 1-unit orders are not eligible for a refund.

No. We charge no setup fee and no artwork fee on any order, and the Design Studio is free to use. Your price reflects the product, the customization method, and the quantity, nothing else. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Yes. Items sharing the same design, customization method, and size count together as one design group and qualify for the same volume pricing tier. One design can span different styles and colors. Changing the design itself, including its colors, creates a separate design group. So does moving the design to a different placement.
