I stumbled across this website looking for a custom cap. The cap itself exceeded my expectations and the ease of customizing it was a breeze. Communication was great and they understood my vision from the start. No back and forth. I uploaded my pictures and custom logo with direction and placement and a few weeks after I excepted their draft. Boom my cap arrived in a box fit for my cap wrapped in plastic. Shortly after I approved the proof, our university needed us to change our logo, and the design team was both patient and flexible during this process. We really appreciated that during a stressful time! There was a logo change fee, but I found it quite reasonable, and the hats only took a few extra days to ship. When they arrived, we were impressed with the quality. The patch colors were vibrant and even the small details were clear. The hat materials feel durable and the hats are both comfortable and adjustable. We've already gotten several compliments on the hats despite only hosting a few events so far.
