Hats and logo were perfect
Your own system thinks you delivered the hats. I sent an email stating that it is not delivered and you said to expect delivery on the 16th. I clicked on the tracking number you provided and it says delivered. Now I get this survey .... I would say something is wrong with your system. hoping hats show up. not holding my breath and al ready called my CC company to dispute.
All my customers swear by these hats. I will continue using this company for all my custom orders!
