I ordered 48 hats for a university event. The online ordering process was super easy, and the design team sent proofs that were easy to understand for our entire team. Shortly after I approved the proof, our university needed us to change our logo, and the design team was both patient and flexible during this process. We really appreciated that during a stressful time! There was a logo change fee, but I found it quite reasonable, and the hats only took a few extra days to ship. When they arrived, we were impressed with the quality. The patch colors were vibrant and even the small details were clear. The hat materials feel durable and the hats are both comfortable and adjustable. We've already gotten several compliments on the hats despite only hosting a few events so far. Overall, the process was great, and I would definitely work with Griwolfe again!

The order process was straightforward, but the delivery took a bit longer than expected. The logo proof was much better than the actual product. It wasn’t a bad embroidery job, but the proof looked much crisper in color and appearance.

I ordered 10 hats for a group trip. They were custom with a printed logo patch. Ordering was easy and Griwolfe accomodated doing less than minimum which was awesome (cause i didn't need two dozen). Communication throughout process was seamless. Order arrived, exactly correct, more than 2 weeks early. Couldn't be happier, and will be giving Griwolfe our next custom order for our fantasy football league. THANKS GRIWOLFE!!!!
