Very good product, everything looks fine. I would have given it 5 stars, but it took almost a month to arrive, and they charged me extra even though it said 2-day shipping. I selected that option so it would arrive quickly, but it didn't.
I am absolutely impressed by my custom hats. The fit, colors, and embroidery were absolutely perfect. What’s more, they were produced and shipped very quickly. I don’t know how you’d find better service or products.

Overall good product. Slight room for improvement on the embroidery side. Ishmael is top notch on customer service and very patient. He tries very hard to insure the customers will be happy. I feel he is a key player and without him GriWolfe may not do as well. I highly recommend their brand and can personally endorse Ishmael as who you wanna deal with!
