I uploaded my pictures and custom logo with direction and placement and a few weeks after I excepted their draft. Boom my cap arrived in a box fit for my cap wrapped in plastic. Very good product, everything looks fine. I would have given it 5 stars, but it took almost a month to arrive, and they charged me extra even though it said 2-day shipping. I selected that option so it would arrive quickly, but it didn't.
