Start with the Imperial 5054 Wrightson, a structured five-panel rope cap in recycled polyester performance fabric with a moisture-management sweatband. The 7054 Wingman carries the same look on a six-panel crown. For a lighter cap, the X210P Original Performance Cap is unstructured with UPF 50+ protection. The 3124P Phoenix Visor and the 1371P Oxford Bucket Hat cover sun-first players.

The X210P The Original Performance Cap is Imperial's unstructured, six-panel, low-profile performance cap: 100% recycled polyester, moisture-wicking, UPF 50+, with a micro hook-and-loop closure. The L210P Original Small Fit is the same cap sized 6 3/4 to 7 1/8. The X210P spec sheet also lists an XL size for 7 3/4 to 8 heads.

Every Imperial rope cap we carry. The 5054 Wrightson, 5054U Harrison, and 7054 Wingman lead. The 5055 Rabble Rouser and 7055 Night Owl add mesh backs; the 6054 Habanero adds stretch. The 5056 Barnes is cotton, the 5058 Outtasite printed, the L5059 Corral a small fit. The Dyno, Aloha, Live Wire, and Golden Hour round it out.

The 6014 Montage Pom Cuffed Beanie is an acrylic and polyester knit with a fleece lining. Each takes embroidery, a hand-stitched patch, or printing.

Three families: embroidery, patches, and printing. Embroidery comes in standard flat, 3D puff, and 3D puff chain stitch. Patches come in leather, PVC, woven, sublimated, and embroidered patch, all hand-stitched. Printing is full color. Every method is available with no minimum order.

There is no minimum order at Griwolfe. Order as low as 1 unit with embroidery, a patch, or printing. A single patch item costs more per unit because of patch setup, and 1-unit orders are not eligible for a refund.

No. We charge no setup fee and no artwork fee on any order, and the Design Studio is free to use. Your price reflects the product, the customization method, and the quantity, nothing else. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Yes. Items sharing the same design, customization method, and size count together as one design group and qualify for the same volume pricing tier. One design can span different styles and colors. Changing the design itself, including its colors, creates a separate design group. So does moving the design to a different placement.
