Custom Patch Hats

Every patch is sewn on by hand, on every hat style we carry, including beanies. We do not glue or iron patches on. Hand-stitching holds the patch flat and secure through daily wear, whichever patch type and hat style you choose.

Match the patch to the artwork. Leather suits single-color heritage marks, and woven holds fine text. PVC keeps exact colors outdoors, sublimated reproduces gradients and photos, and an embroidered patch gives a classic stitched texture. Yes. Patch colors are matched to your Pantone references exactly, and you control the border color and background color independently. Sublimated patches print in full color with no limit, so gradients reproduce as designed. For direct embroidery, we match thread to the closest available thread color.

Yes. The Design Studio includes 10 adjustable patch shape presets. You can change each shape's width, height, and edge rounding, and set its border and background colors. Patch size does not change the price. If a shape you want is not there, write it in the order note and we will build it into your design proof.

Three families: embroidery, patches, and printing. Embroidery comes in standard flat, 3D puff, and 3D puff chain stitch. Patches come in leather, PVC, woven, sublimated, and embroidered patch, all hand-stitched. Printing is full color. Every method is available with no minimum order.

There is no minimum order at Griwolfe. Order as low as 1 unit with embroidery, a patch, or printing. A single patch item costs more per unit because of patch setup, and 1-unit orders are not eligible for a refund.

No. We charge no setup fee and no artwork fee on any order, and the Design Studio is free to use. Your price reflects the product, the customization method, and the quantity, nothing else. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Yes. Items sharing the same design, customization method, and size count together as one design group and qualify for the same volume pricing tier. One design can span different styles and colors. Changing the design itself, including its colors, creates a separate design group. So does moving the design to a different placement.
