I just got my first order of hats for my small business this week - they’re great! Exactly what I envisioned. The whole process was super easy and the customer service was great.

I ordered hats with custom patches for a university event. The ordering process was super easy, and the design team delivered proofs that were easy to understand. Shortly after I approved the proof, our order needed to be changed, and the team showed a lot of flexibility in helping us out. The logo change fee was reasonable, and the order only took a few extra days to fulfill. When the hats arrived, we were impressed with the quality of the materials and the way our patches turned out. The colors are vibrant, and even small details show up pretty well. We've gotten several compliments on the hats even though we've only worn them to a few events so far. Overall, the experience was great, and I appreciate the design team's patience and flexibility with us during our last-minute redesign. I would definitely work with Griwolfe again!

Like the colors and light weight material. Logo looks good. It is a fairly low profile hat and the front is low. i added a hat structure piece in the front to keep the front up and formed. Overall happy with it. Just know it is low profile without an added form piece you can buy on Amazon

The hats are really nice quality and the colors are true to the images. Our embroidery is spot on and also color correct. The mesh is a soft not stiff (in case that makes a difference. We love them, my staff is already wearing them.
